That with respect to Report CPC2026-0332, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 8.15 hectares ± (20.14 acres ±) located at 245 and 415 Ricardo Ranch Road SE, 160 Church Road SE, 115 Nostalgia Drive SE, 21210 and 21209 72 Street SE (Plan 2610483, Block 8, Lots 1 and 2; Plan 2610483, Block 9, Lots 1 and 2; portion of Plan 1910908, Block 8, Lot 1; portion of Plan 2610514, Block 21, Lot 1) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District, to accommodate mixed use development with additional uses, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
