That with respect to Report CPC2025-0658, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the amendment to the Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.16 hectares ± (2.86 acres ±) located at 30 Elveden Drive SW (Plan 2370IB, Block 2, Lot 5) from Residential Low Density Mixed Housing (R-G) District to Multi-Residential At Grade Housing (M-Gd37) District.
