That with respect to Report CPC2026-0105, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.11 hectares ± (0.28 acres ±) located at 301, 303 and 307 15 Avenue NE (Plan 791P, Block 33, Lots 11 to 14) from Multi-Residential Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CGd72) District to Multi-Residential Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CG) District.
