That with respect to Report CPC2023-0872, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.14 hectares ± (0.34 acres ±) located at 2011, 2015 and 2017 7 Avenue NW (Plan 710N, Block 6, Lots 11 to 14) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District.
