That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2026-0784, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council: 1. Adopt Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in Confidential Report IGA2026-0784; and 2. Direct that Closed Meeting discussions, Confidential Attachments 1 to 3, presentation, distribution, and recommendations, remain confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 September 2.
