That with respect to Report MSF2026-0591, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: 1. Receive this report for information; 2. Direct administration to submit the Multisport Fieldhouse project to the Government of Canada for consideration under the Build Communities Strong Fund and undertake all actions necessary to prepare and support the application; and 3. Direct that Confidential Attachment 2 be held confidential pursuant to Section 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 31 December 2041.
