That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2026-0520, the following be adopted: BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct the Chief Administrative Officer to include an Annual In-Camera Summary as part of the Chief Administrative Officer's Q1 Quarterly Report to Council each year. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Summary cover all Council and Committee closed sessions from the previous calendar year, and for each session identify: the date, the meeting body, the legal reason given for closing the meeting, and the title.
