Resolution
That with respect to Verbal Report C2026-0208, the following be adopted: That Council: Direct the distributed document Draft Focus Areas, Outcomes & Indicators be received for the Corporate Record; Direct the distributed documents Confidential Document 1 and Confidential Document 2 be kept confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2029 February 25; and, Notwithstanding Recommendation #2, distributed documents Confidential Document 1 and Confidential Document 2 be released to the Executive Leadership Team, to be further shared with Administration only where required to support the next steps of the development of Councils Strategic Direction for the Next Cycle (2027-2030).
