That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report EC2026-0919, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Receive the Confidential Distributions for the Corporate Record; 2. Approve the selected Chief Administrative Officer candidates, as set out in Confidential Distribution 7, to proceed to the short-list interview stage and instruct Boyden Canada to advance the recruitment process accordingly; and 3. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Distributions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released.
