That with respect to Report C2026-0585, the following amendment be adopted: That Recommendations 2 and 3 be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: That Council: 1. Direct Administration not to proceed with further development of the draft Calgary Plan; 2. Direct Administration to identify specific deficiencies in the current Municipal Development Plan and Calgary Transportation Plan and return to Council no later than Q2 2027 with targeted amendments to those plans, including associated cost estimates, implementation requirements and infrastructure implications;
