That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2026-0328, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council direct that the Confidential Presentation, Recommendation, and Closed Meeting Discussions be kept confidential pursuant to Section 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2028 April 16.
