Resolution
That with respect to Report EC2026-0558, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: 1. Give three readings to proposed Bylaw 7B2026 - Authorizing The City to guarantee credit facilities to Platform, up to the maximum sum of $4.968 million; 2. Direct Administration to enter into an agreement between The City and Platform in accordance with the Credit Documentation Loans and Loan Guarantees Policy and Procedures; 3. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Distribution be held confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act; and 4. Adopt Confidential Recommendation 4 as set out in the Confidential Distribution.
