That with respect to Report IP2026-0155, the following be adopted: That Report IP2026-0155 be referred back to Administration with direction to return no later than Q3 2026 to a Regular Meeting of Council with the following information: 1. First, the specific numeric weightings assigned to every Target Outcome, Category, and individual criterion within the Corporate Capital Prioritization Framework, disclosed in writing; and 2. Second, an accounting of which criteria within the Framework are tied to senior government funding conditions, identifying the specific funding programs involved, the dollar value of funding Calgary currently receives or is eligible to receive under each, and Administration's assessment of which of these funding streams would be at risk if the associated criteria were removed or reweighted.
