Resolution
That with respect to Report AC2026-0476, the following be approved, as amended: That the Audit Committee recommend that Council: 1. Receive this report and presentation for information and the Corporate Record; 2. Request that the Chief Administrative Officer bring back a progress update on the Cybersecurity Detect Posture Audit (AC2025-0359) and the Cybersecurity Governance Audit (AC2026-0326) to the 2026 September 10 Regular Meeting of the Audit Committee; and 3. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Attachments 3 and 5 remain confidential pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2029 June 30.
