Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2026-0522, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission: 1. Forward this report (CPC2026-0522) to the 2026 September 15 Public Hearing Meeting of Council; 2. As the Council-designated Approving Authority, approve the proposed outline plan located at 41, 49 and 57 Elveden Drive SW (Plan 9312540, Block 1, Lots 2 to 4) to subdivide 2.38 hectares ± (5.87 acres ±) with conditions (Revised Attachment 2); and That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 2.38 hectares ± (5.87 acres ±) located at 57, 49 and 41 Elveden Drive SW (Plan 9312540, Block 1, Lots 2 to 4) from Direct Control (DC) District to Residential One Dwelling (R-1s) District.
