That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2022-1317, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: Forward this Confidential Report to the 2022 December 20 Combined Meeting of Council as an item of Confidential Urgent Business; Recommend that Council approve Recommendation 2 contained in the Confidential Presentation; and Recommend that Council direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2032 December 20.
