That Council, for the duration of the 2025 November 10 Regular Meeting of Council, modify the standard recess times set out in Section 82(a) of the Procedure Bylaw as follows: (a) Council meeting recesses: (i) for 60 minutes at 12:00 p.m.; (ii) for 15 minutes at 3:15 p.m.; and (iii) for 60 minutes at 6:00 p.m.
