That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2026-0128, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT City Council direct Administration to return to Community Development Committee no later than 2026 Q3 with an analysis of approaches that may be taken by the municipality to regulate theft under $100 and activities related to theft under $100, including approaches taken by other Canadian municipalities.
