That with respect to Revised Report CPC2026-0807, the following be approved, after amendment: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.11 acres ±) located at 207 9 Street NE (Plan 4647V, Block 123, Lot 2) from Mixed Use Active Frontage (MU-2f3.0h16) District to Direct Control (DC) District to allow for a temporary parking lot, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
