Resolution
That with respect to Report C2026-0794, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 1. Appoint the Candidate identified in Confidential Attachment 2 as Chair of the Calgary Subdivision and Development Appeal Board for 2027, effective 2027 January 01; 2. Direct that the appointment of the Chair of the Calgary Subdivision and Development Appeal Board be released publicly following notification of the Appointee by the City Clerk's Office, no later than end of day on Friday, 2026 October 23; and 3. Direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 be held confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act.
