Resolution
That with respect to Verbal Report C2026-0900, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: 1. Appoint Public Members to the Water Utility Oversight Board as recommended by the Water Utility Oversight Board Chair, for terms as outlined in Attachment 2; 2. Direct that the Public Member appointment to the Water Utility Oversight Board be released publicly following notification of the Public Member appointees and their acceptance of the appointments; and 3. Direct that Confidential Attachments remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act.
