That with respect to Report CPC2025-0891, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council: Refuse and abandon the proposed bylaw for the amendments to the Beltline Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Refuse and abandon the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.39 hectares ± (0.96 acres ±) located at 906 12 Avenue SW (Plan A1, Block 74, Lots 21 to 34) from Centre City Mixed Use District (CC-X) to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate an addition to an existing building, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
