That with respect to Report CPC2023-0119, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommends that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 13.14 hectares ± (32.47 acres ±) located at 9400 48 Avenue NW (Plan 8911515, Block 1) from Direct Control (DC) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate a Childrens Health Centre with guidelines (Attachment 2).
