That with respect to Report CPC2025-0344, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.54 hectares ± (3.80 acres ±) located at 109 Quarry Park Boulevard SE (Portion of Plan 0814594, Block 5, Lot 1) from Industrial Business f1.0 (I-B f1.0) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate a School Authority School, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
