That with respect to Report CPC2025-0755, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 1.35 hectares ± (3.33 acres ±) located at 20 Freeport Drive NE and 21 Freeport Place NE (Plan 0410528, Block 5, Lots 1 and 2) from Industrial Business f1.0h16 (I-B f1.0h16) District to Industrial Commercial (I-C) District.
