That with respect to Report EC2026-0699, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Approve the proposed Waste & Recycling rates and charges for 2027-2030 (Attachment 3). 2. Direct Waste & Recycling Services to prepare budgets and Waste Bylaw (4M2020) amendments reflecting the approved rates and charges and return to Council in November 2026 as part of the 2027-2030 One Calgary business planning and budgeting process.
