That with respect to Report C2026-0984, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Give three readings to the proposed Prairie Economic Gateway Oversight Committee Bylaw in Attachment 2; and 2. Direct Administration to return to Council, following the coming into force of the bylaw, to facilitate the appointment of a third Member of Council to the Prairie Economic Gateway Oversight Committee.
