That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2026-0039, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council amend Council Policy CP2016-03 on the Governance and Appointments of Boards, Commissions and Committees by inserting the following as a new section 5.9.8: 5.9.8 ; ; ; In order to be eligible for appointment as Public Members, Applicants must not have been employed in the Administration of The City of Calgary within the year prior to the date of their application, unless otherwise specified by the BCCs Governance Documents.
