Resolution
That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2026-0587, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: 1. Adopt the Confidential Recommendations 1 and 2 contained in the Confidential Report IGA2026-0587 2. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential, pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2036 July 28, and 3. Notwithstanding Recommendation 2, publicly release the Recommendations, Cover Report, and Attachments 1, 2, and 3 if Council approves Recommendation 1.
