That with respect to Verbal Report IGA2023-1366, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Receive the Distribution for the Corporate Record; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Section 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: Forward this Report to the 2024 January 16 Public Hearing Meeting of Council.
