That with respect to Report CPC2021-1316, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommends that Council: Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 12.14 hectares ± (30.00 acres ±) located at 333 Shawville Boulevard SE (Plan 9811882, Block 5, Lot 1) from Special Purpose Community Service (S-CS) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate an additional licensed restaurant use in an existing building, with guidelines (Attachment 2).
