That with respect to Report CPC2025-0158, the following be approved: That Calgary Planning Commission recommend that Council give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.15 hectares ± (0.37 acres ±) located at 61 Martindale Drive NE (Plan 8711334, Block 10, Lot 17) from the Special Purpose Community Institution (S-CI) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate a multi-residential development and social organization use, with guidelines (Attachment 4).
