Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2026-0252, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 50D2026 for the redesignation of 0.12 hectares ± (0.29 acres ±) located at 3036 and 3040 – 29 Street SW (Plan 5661O, Block 53, Lots 41 to 44) from Direct Control (DC) District to Housing – Grade Oriented (H-GO) District.
