That with respect to Verbal Report C2023-0676, the following be adopted: That Council: Thank all members of the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries for the Annual General Meetings; and To ensure transparency, request that Administration follow up with Calgary Municipal Land Corporation, Calgary Arts Development Authority Ltd., Calgary Housing Corporation, and Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation to request that the shareholder materials prepared and presented at the Subsidiaries annual general meetings be made publicly available by posting this material on the City of Calgary website.
