That with respect to Report PFC2021-0487, the following be approved: That the Priorities and Finance Committee recommend that Council direct Administration to: Transfer $750,000 from the Cash-in-Lieu of Parking Fund to program 854 (17 Ave Redevelopment Program) for improvements to 16 Avenue SW; and further direct Administration to work with the 17th Avenue Business Improvement Area (BIA) on final design of the project.
