That with respect to Revised Confidential Report IGA2025-0546, the following be approved, after amendment: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in Revised Confidential Report IGA2025-0546; Direct that the Recommendations, Cover Report, Revised Cover Report, Attachments, ;Revised Attachment 3, and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 26 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and 29 (Advice from officials), of the Access to Information Act, to be reviewed by 2035 June 19; and Notwithstanding Recommendation 2, publicly release the Recommendations, Revised Cover Report, and Attachments 1 and 2 once Council approves Recommendation 1. ;
