That with respect to Report CD2026-0397, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: - Continue the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and formally establish the Access Design Subcommittee as a Council Committee by giving three readings to the Proposed Bylaw 24M2026. - Confirm the existing members of the Access Design Subcommittee, as indicated in the Confidential Distribution, and fill any remaining vacancies through the City Clerks Office annual recruitment and advertising campaign with members appointed by Council at their Organizational Meeting on 2026 October 20. - Direct Administration to state the estimated annual remuneration and support costs on the record before third reading of the proposed bylaw. - Direct Administration to outline budgets and costs when the Committee comes to the annual Regular Meeting of Council on Boards, Commissions and Committees. - Direct that the Confidential Distribution remain confidential, pursuant to Section 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released. - Direct that the names of Public Members who are confirmed as members of the Access Design Subcommittee be released publicly following notification by the City Clerk's Office.
