Resolution
That with respect to Report CD2026-0397, the following amendment be adopted: 1. That the second Recommendation be amended by inserted the words , as indicated in the Confidential Distribution, between the words Access Design Subcommittee and the words and fill any remaining vacancies; and 2. Insert new Recommendations as follows: - Direct that the Confidential Distribution remain confidential, pursuant to Section 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) of the Access to Information Act, not to be released. - Direct that the names of Public Members confirmed as members of the Access Design Subcommittee be released publicly following the notification of appointees by the City Clerk's Office
