That with respect to Report IGA2021-0616 the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council: Receive this report for the Corporate Record. Approve in principle the addition of this question to the ballot and direct administration to work on questions based on option 4, returning to the next Intergovernmental Affairs Committee. Direct Attachment 2 remain confidential pursuant to Section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2021 December 31.
