That with respect to Verbal Report C2022-0784, the following be adopted: ; That Council: Thank all members of the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries for the Annual General Meetings; and To ensure transparency, request that Administration follow up with each Wholly-Owned corporate Subsidiaries of The City to request that the shareholder materials prepared for the subsidiary's annual general meeting and presented at the public meeting of Council be made publicly available by posting this material on the City of Calgary website.
