That pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 10:54 a.m. on 2026 July 28 in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to Item 12.2.1, Approach to the 2027-2030 Budget Cycle, C2026-0628. And further, that the following be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 12.2.1: - Chief Katie McLellan, Calgary Police Service - Deputy Chief Asif Rashid, Calgary Police Service - Executive Director of Finance Todd Rathie, Calgary Police Service - Finance Manager Gurjyot Bhatia, Calgary Police Service - Executive Director Corwin Odland, Calgary Police Service
