That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2023-0534, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Receive the confidential distribution for the Corporate Record; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 23 (Local public body confidences) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed 2033 May 11.
