Resolution
That with respect to Report C2024-0117, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Approve the Confidential Recommendations in the Confidential Distribution; Ratify the 2024 Calgary Awards recipients as recommended by the selection juries (Revised Confidential Attachment 1); Direct that Confidential Attachment 1, Confidential Revised Attachment 1, and the Confidential Distribution remain confidential pursuant to Section 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; Direct the City Clerk to make public announcement of the award recipients following the Calgary Awards ceremony on 2024 June 12; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Section 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
