That with respect to Confidential Report IGA2023-0153, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council direct that this report, attachments and recommendations be kept confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 23 (Local public body confidences), and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2024 June 30.
