Resolution
That with respect to Report EC2026-0543, the following amendment be adopted: That Recommendation 1 be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 1. Amend its decision with respect to Report EC2024-1022 by deleting Recommendation 1 and inserting a Recommendation reading Conduct a municipal census in 2028, and every five years thereafter to align with the federal census calendar; and in its place, to read as follows: That with respect to Report EC2024-1022, the following be adopted: That Council direct Administration to: 1. 1. 1. Conduct a municipal census in 2028, and every five years thereafter to align with the federal census calendar; and 2. Bring forward municipal census funding requirements for consideration in the 2027-2030 Service Plans and Budgets.
