Resolution
That with respect to Report C2023-0531, the following Motion Arising be adopted: That Council direct Administration to report back through a briefing to Executive Committee for 2023 October 11 on how the ideas and concerns of Boards, Commissions and Committees will be addressed, including but not limited to: Advisory Committee on Accessibility and the Access Design Subcommittee: identified issues in their 2022 report that include the need for administrative support with knowledge-specialists versus generalists, inclusive meeting accommodations, and improvements in planning towards the understanding of Access Design Standards; and Budgets for committees to execute on community-led initiatives to be considered as part of the mid-cycle budget adjustments.
