That with respect to Report CPC2021-1445, the following be adopted: That Council: Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 11D2022 for the redesignation of 3.64 hectares ± (8.98 acres ±) located at 6660 Country Hills Boulevard NE (Portion of SE1/4 Section 26-25-29-4) from Multi-Residential Low Profile (M-1) District and Multi-Residential At Grade Housing (M-G) District to Residential Low Density Mixed Housing (R-Gm) District and Multi-Residential At Grade Housing (M-G) District.
