Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2025-0948, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 7D2026 for the redesignation of 0.10 hectares ± (0.24 acres ±) located at 2330 and 2332 – 5 Avenue NW (Plan 5612FO, Block 12, Lot 55 and 56) from Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District to Housing – Grade Oriented (H-GO) District.
