That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2023-0911, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: Recommend that Council approve confidential recommendation 1 as contained in the confidential presentation; and Forward this item to the 2023 September 12 Regular Meeting of Council; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be released upon rise and report on 2023 September 12 Regular Meeting of Council.
