That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2023-0911, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Approve confidential recommendation 1 as contained in the confidential presentation; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2024 September 30.
